Odor

Body odor is not very pleasant to deal with, especially not for those who seem to have no control of it. So we do our best to mask the odor with deodorants and antiperspirants.

But this is not the correct solution to the problem, because deodorants are loaded with heavy metals like aluminum; and antiperspirants will clog the pores of the skin to keep us from sweating all-together. This causes the toxins to build up within the body and if not eliminated, can cause many diseases.

We have to understand that the odor is not caused by the sweating, but rather because we are toxic. When we sweat, toxins are emitted from the body, and this is why the body odor occurs.

So the answer is not to eliminate sweating, but rather to eliminate the toxins, and by doing so, we can eliminate body odor as well.

The toxins are the result of the foods we eat; these are foods like meat, dairy, poultry, processed foods, fast foods, refined sugars, and even cooked foods can be toxic.

Then we need to replace this with a raw plant-based diet. Plants contain chorophyll which acts as a natural body deodorizer; it is high in oxygen, and helps to restore tissue cells damaged from toxins.

Herbs and dark leafy green vegetables are an excellent source of chlorophyll. Herbs included are parsley, cilantro, rosemary, sage, basil, thyme, oregano, lemon balm, and mint. Vegetables to add in are kale, spinach, brussels sprouts, broccoli and green peppers.

Fruits to add in are Blueberries, strawberries, plums, oranges, grapes, kiwi fruit and grapefruit.

Sprouts are also good; you can sprout them yourself, or you can buy them at most grocery stores. If you sprout them yourself, all you need is a wide mouthed jar, clean water, and organic sprouting seeds. Some of the seeds which you can buy are alfalfa, celery, anise, basil, broccoli, cabbage, cilantro, kale, mustard, sesame, and sunflower seeds.

The above mentioned foods can be juiced, blended, or eaten as they are by themselves, or mixed together in a salad.

Raw nuts should also be added to your diet, as they are high in protein and contain many of the essential oils which your body needs. They also help to reduce hunger which is associated with switching to the raw food diet. Nuts can also be blended into smoothies, or added in with salads.

Water is also an important part of your diet; it helps to keep you hydrated and helps to clean your body from the inside out.

These natural foods will help to get rid of, and prevent body odor from reoccurring.
